Reporting to the MAITRE or other experienced SENIOR STATION MANAGERS, we are looking for dedicated staff who will be responsible for the following duties:

• Organising the daily receipt of goods and dining room equipment.
• Organising, stocking and maintaining order in fridges and storerooms.
• Allocating, assigning and supervising staff by rank.
• Monitoring HACCP (cleaning protocols and control of critical control points).
• Organising and supervising the cleaning of the dining room and utensils, and the disposal of waste through the appropriate channels.
• Organising and supervising the washing of tableware using the glasswasher in the dishwashing area.
• Setting up events and meals for groups.
• Customer service from the moment of arrival until departure.
• Taking orders and coordinating with the kitchen.
• Dining room payments and room charges.

We are looking for someone capable of organising a dining room, with an eye for order, hygiene and cleanliness, who is willing to work for a long period.

Contract duration: Minimum 6-month contract, extendable to 9 months.

Working hours: 40-hour working week, subject to the Working Hours Regulation Agreement. An average working day of 8 hours, with two days off per week; public holidays are non-recoverable.

Salary: €1,897.44 (+2% in advance under the 2025 and 2026 Collective Agreement)

requirements

• Intermediate level of reading and writing in Spanish and Catalan. Knowledge of other languages, particularly French and English, would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in using a tablet or PDA.
• Ability to work well in a team and deal with the public, and a willingness to support the team during busy periods.
• Punctual, polite, with a presentable appearance and good personal hygiene; with an eye for tidiness and cleanliness.
• Proven experience working in teams.
• Previous experience will be an advantage.
