Duties
Under the supervision of the chef or chef de partie, we are looking for people with a vocation to work as:

• Responsible for the reception of goods, placement and order in chambers and warehouses.
• Follow-up of the HACCP system.
• Food preparation and production support.
• Knowledge of the hot batch. Working with hobs, griddles, ovens and microwaves.
• Knowledge of the operation of a washing hood.
• Cleaning of the kitchen and utensils, waste management according to established protocols.
• We are looking for a person with notions of hygiene and cleanliness, who wants to learn the profession of kitchen assistant.
