Only dogs certified as assistance dogs are allowed.
They are granted this status, having been trained to provide service to people with disabilities, with the aim of improving their personal autonomy and quality of life.
At the time of booking, it is necessary to inform that you will be accompanied by your dog.
It is essential to show the dog's ID or passport upon arrival and the civil liability insurance or responsible declaration.
In the event of detecting obvious signs of poor hygiene conditions, Hotel la Costa reserves the right to prohibit entry to the dog.
It must be vaccinated and dewormed (free of fleas and ticks).
When passing through the Hotel, the dog must be accompanied and kept on a leash by their owner at all times.
As the owner, you will be responsible for the behavior of your pet both materially and for any possible inconvenience it may cause to other guests. If the hotel is forced to carry out work due to damage caused by the animal, the costs will be borne by the owner.
The dog must always be accompanied by its owner (it cannot be left alone in the room).
It is forbidden to wash your pet in the showers or bathtubs and to use the hotel's towels to dry it.
We ask that your pet does not get on the beds or sofas; we recommend that you bring your own bed.

A declaration of compliance will be given to the owner at check-in.
Pets up to 15 kg are allowed in the Villas. Maximum 2 per Villa.
