If you want to work in a young environment in a 4 star hotel with golf course, this offer is for you. We are looking for an experienced waiter/waitress to service the hotel restaurant that offers a la carte, show cooking, buffets and gastronomic menu.

Functions

Reporting to the HEAD OF DEPARTMENT and the MAITRE, you will be responsible for the following functions:

• Responsible for the reception of merchandise and preparation of the room material
• Set-up and order in fridges and warehouse
• Follow APPCC
• Cleaning of the room and utensils, removal of waste in their circuits
• Cleaning and order with dishwasher hood
• Take orders and follow the room circuit with the collections
• Take charge of a range and organise the assistants and room assistants.

Anforderungen

• Spanish and Catalan read and written at an intermediate level. Other languages are valued
• Facilities for PDA use
• Ease of working in a team and in front of the public.
