ASSISTANT RECEPTIONIST - AFTERNOON/EVENING SHIFT

Functions

Under the supervision of the Reception Shift Manager and the person in charge, you will be trained in the following areas:

• Customer service: in person at the counter, by phone, email, whatsapp.
• Control and verification of the operation of accesses.
• Kardex operation.
• Check in / Check out
• Programming and preparation of keys for guests.
• Service orders in housekeeping
• Management of breakdown reports to maintenance
• Cash count under supervision of the receptionist or manager
• Handling of customer complaints and suggestions
• Management of closing reports and production of the day.

We are looking for a person with similar site experience who wants to learn the receptionist's job in an easy way.

Anforderungen

Personal and professional requirements that candidates must have in order to access the job offer

• Spanish and Catalan, read and written
• Necessary English and French, spoken and written at an intermediate level

Working day: 40 hours/week
