KITCHEN ASSISTANT (16- 20 YEARS old)

Duties

Reporting to the COOK'S ASSISTANT, COOK or HEAD OF DINING, we are looking for people with a vocation to work as ‘PINCHE/MARMITONS’ with the following functions:

• Responsible for the reception of goods
• Placing and tidying up in chambers and warehouses
• HACCP monitoring
• Food preparation and production support
• Cleaning of kitchen and utensils, removal of waste in their circuits.

We are looking for a young person between 16 and 20 years old with notions of hygiene and cleanliness, who wants to learn the profession of kitchen assistant in an easy way.

Anforderungen

Personal and professional requirements that candidates must have in order to apply for the job offer:
