Duties:

Under the Purchasing Manager, with the job category of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT we are looking for 1 person with vocation to work performing the work of the comrpas circuit and warehouse:

• Administrative tasks (receipt of goods, control, weighing, quality validation)
• Preparation of orders and Warehouse order.
• Inventories with RFDI. Introduction of transfers between warehouses.
• Validation of delivery notes and supplier invoices.

We are looking for a person with a good disposition towards customers and who wants to work in a warehouse in a digitalisation project.

Contract duration: June to September

Working day: 40 hours/week

Anforderungen

• Spanish and Catalan read and written at an intermediate level.
• Knowledge of computer tools such as PDA basic
• Average knowledge of the computer environment: Windows Office package
• Person accustomed to working in a team.
• Person with attitude of service, presence and vocation to the public.
• Valuable knowledge of warehouse circuits
